Delete your LifeDashPro account

You can request deletion of your LifeDashPro account and associated cloud data.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open LifeDashPro and sign in to your account.
  2. Open Profile / Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app

Email monsiai.apps@gmail.com from the email address connected to your LifeDashPro account and request account deletion.

What is deleted

Deletion is intended to remove the LifeDashPro account and account-linked cloud data such as profile information, notes, finance records, reminders, family data and stored attachments associated with that account, subject to technical and legal retention requirements.

What may remain

Limited information may be retained where required by law, necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement of applicable agreements.

Deleting the app from your phone does not by itself delete your cloud account. Use the in-app deletion option or contact us using the email above.
