Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications, websites, and digital services published by monsiai ("we", "us", or "our"), including apps such as LifeDashPro, BalkanVibes Radio, and other applications that link to this Privacy Policy.
Different apps may use different features. A feature or third-party service described below applies only when it is actually enabled or used in the relevant app.
LifeDashPro-specific summary
LifeDashPro (Android package com.lifedashpro.app) is a personal dashboard that may include Notes, Tasks and Reminders, Finance, Documents and attachments, Vehicles, Family items, Travel/Journey planning, Route and Navigation tools, Radio, Maps, Nearby, Weather, Road and Traffic information, Transit, and Safety/World information.
LifeDashPro uses Supabase for account authentication and, where enabled, cloud database, storage, synchronization and server-side functions. Account-linked information may include email address, user identifier, profile settings, language, country/city selections, notes, tasks, reminders, finance records, invoice or document metadata, attachments selected by the user, vehicle records, family items, journeys, reservations, utility records and app preferences.
With permission, LifeDashPro may use approximate or precise location for weather, nearby places, road and safety information, route planning and navigation. The app may save and synchronize the latest selected or detected location coordinates, city/country, accuracy and update time in the user's account preferences so location-based features and reminders can continue consistently across sessions. LifeDashPro does not maintain a continuous historical trail of the user's movements as a general location-history feature. During an active navigation session, location may continue to be used while the app is backgrounded where the Android permission and platform rules allow it. Location permissions can be changed in Android settings.
LifeDashPro may schedule Android notifications for Notes, Tasks, manual reminders, Journey items, Finance dates, vehicle/document dates and other user-configured due dates. Exact-alarm capability is used only where available and appropriate for user-requested reminders. Radio playback may continue in the background through Android media services.
Files, photos or documents are accessed only when the user selects or attaches them for an app feature. Depending on the feature, the selected file or its metadata may be stored locally and/or in authenticated user-scoped cloud storage.
LifeDashPro may maintain user-requested or automatic backup snapshots of supported account data to help restore records. Before a restore, LifeDashPro may create an additional safety snapshot. Backup data is protected by account-scoped backend controls and is deleted when the user chooses the in-app Delete my data or Delete account action, subject to the limited retention provisions below.
The current LifeDashPro release does not include a third-party advertising tracker or third-party crash-reporting SDK. If this changes, the policy and applicable Google Play declarations will be updated before or with the relevant release.
1. Information We May Process
Account and profile information
If an app offers registration or sign-in, we may process information such as your email address, authentication identifier, profile settings, selected country, language, and preferences. Authentication and backend services may be provided by Supabase or another service provider disclosed in the relevant app.
Location information
With your permission, certain apps may access approximate or precise device location to provide location-based features such as weather, nearby hospitals, pharmacies, shops, fuel stations, ATMs, EV charging points, police stations, nearby hazards, fires, earthquakes, road and border information, traffic-related information, maritime information, local content, or other nearby results.
Location is used only when needed for the requested feature or for a feature you have enabled. Where technically possible, location may be processed on-device or sent only as coordinates necessary to obtain the requested third-party data.
User-created content
Some apps may allow you to create or store content such as notes, tasks, shopping lists, family information, financial entries, bills, reminders, vehicle dates, documents, or other personal records. Depending on the app and feature, this information may be stored locally on your device, in a backend database linked to your account, or both.
Device and technical information
Apps may process limited technical information required for normal operation, such as app version, device platform, language, network status, crash or diagnostic information, notification permission status, and identifiers required by platform or service providers.
2. How We Use Information
- provide and maintain app functionality;
- show location-based, safety, travel, weather, nearby, radio, transport, or other requested information;
- save and synchronize account data and user-created content;
- send local reminders and notifications that you enable;
- restore preferences and improve usability;
- prevent abuse, maintain security, and troubleshoot technical problems;
- support purchases or subscriptions where offered.
3. Notifications and Reminders
Some apps may schedule local notifications for notes, tasks, bills or finance dates, vehicle or document dates, family tasks, Journey items, manual reminders, safety information, or other time-based events. You can disable notifications through the app settings or your device settings.
Where push notifications are used, the relevant app may use a platform or third-party notification service. Push notification identifiers are used only to deliver enabled notifications and operate the service.
4. Third-Party Data and Service Providers
Our apps may retrieve information from third-party services. Depending on the app and selected feature, these may include:
- Supabase – authentication, database, storage, server-side functions, and synchronization;
- OpenStreetMap / Overpass – map and nearby place data;
- Radio Browser – internet radio station listings and stream URLs;
- NASA FIRMS – active fire information;
- AISStream or other maritime providers – vessel position data;
- Wikipedia / MediaWiki – encyclopedia and location-related content;
- weather, earthquake, flood, border, road, transport, fuel-price, traffic, energy-grid, public-data, or news providers;
- Google Play – app distribution, billing, subscriptions, purchases, and platform services.
These providers process requests according to their own terms and privacy policies. A request may include only the information necessary to provide the selected feature, such as coordinates, a country code, search text, station identifier, or route-related parameters.
5. Radio Streaming
Radio applications or radio features may obtain public station listings and resolved stream URLs from Radio Browser or another radio directory. Audio may be streamed directly from the radio station's own server. The station operator or streaming host may receive standard network information such as your IP address as part of delivering the stream.
6. Purchases, Premium Features, and Subscriptions
Some current or future apps may offer optional paid features, premium access, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Subscription options may include monthly and/or annual billing periods.
For Android apps distributed through Google Play, eligible digital purchases and subscriptions may be processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card details from Google Play.
Before purchase, the app or store listing will disclose applicable pricing, billing frequency, whether a trial is offered, whether the subscription automatically renews, and how it can be managed or cancelled. Subscription management, cancellation, billing, refunds, and renewal are subject to Google Play's applicable terms and settings unless otherwise stated.
7. Advertising
Some apps may be free of advertising, while others may display advertising in the future. If advertising or analytics services are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated as needed to identify the relevant processing and service providers. Where consent is legally required, appropriate consent controls will be presented.
8. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. Data transmitted to supported backend services is generally sent over encrypted network connections such as HTTPS/TLS.
No internet transmission, cloud service, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore do not promise absolute security or end-to-end encryption unless a specific app or feature explicitly states that it provides it.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may share or transmit limited information to service providers only when necessary to operate a feature, process a purchase, provide requested data, maintain security, comply with law, or protect legal rights.
10. Data Retention
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the relevant service, or to comply with legal obligations. Locally stored data may remain on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Account-linked data may remain until you delete it through an available in-app function or request deletion. Backup snapshots, where offered, are retained according to the app's backup controls and may be deleted or expire as configured.
11. Account and Data Deletion
LifeDashPro provides two separate controls in Settings → Privacy. Delete my data removes LifeDashPro user-created and synced app data, backup snapshots, and user-owned cloud attachments while keeping the authentication account and basic profile active. Delete account permanently removes the LifeDashPro authentication account together with associated account-linked app data, backup snapshots, and user-owned cloud attachments.
Account deletion can also be requested through the LifeDashPro account deletion page. Deletion of app data while keeping the account can be requested through the LifeDashPro data deletion page. If you cannot use these options, you may contact us using the information below.
We may retain limited information where legally required, necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce applicable agreements.
12. Children's Privacy
Our general-purpose apps are not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization. If a particular app is intended for children or families, additional disclosures, protections, and platform requirements may apply.
13. International Processing
Third-party service providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable, processing is subject to the provider's legal safeguards, contractual terms, and applicable data-protection law.
14. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal information. You can also control permissions such as location and notifications through your device settings.
15. External Links
Apps may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party services.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when apps, features, service providers, legal requirements, or business models change. The updated version will be published at the same Privacy Policy URL and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
