Delete your LifeDashPro app data

Delete your LifeDashPro user content and cloud backups without deleting your sign-in account.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open LifeDashPro and sign in.
  2. Open Settings → Privacy.
  3. Choose Delete my data.
  4. For a password account, enter the current password. For Google sign-in, use a recent sign-in session.
  5. Type DELETE DATA and confirm.

What is deleted

This removes LifeDashPro user-created and synced app data associated with the account, including notes, finance records, tasks and reminders, journeys, documents and attachment metadata, vehicles, user-created family items, backup snapshots and user-owned cloud attachments.

What is kept

Your LifeDashPro authentication account and basic profile remain active so you can continue using the app. You may be taken through basic setup again because app preferences and other user-created settings are reset.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the in-app option, email monsiai.apps@gmail.com from the email address connected to your LifeDashPro account. State that you want your LifeDashPro app data deleted while keeping the account.
